We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bar Manager to oversee our bar operations and ensure an exceptional experience for our guests at our Saloon, White Elephant! As the Bar Manager, you will Assist in leading our team of bartenders and staff, maintain high standards of service, and contribute to the overall success of our establishment.

Responsibilities

Assist in managing daily bar operations, including inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness.

Supervise and train bar staff to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to company policies.

Monitor bar performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.

Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high morale among staff.

Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction.

Collaborate with kitchen management on catering events or special functions involving food service.

Experience

Proven experience in bar management or related roles within the hospitality industry.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.

Excellent customer service skills with a passion for creating memorable experiences for guests.

Knowledge of food service operations, including catering experience is a plus.

Familiarity with shift management practices to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
