We are looking for an enthusiastic, passionate, and dedicated person to oversee bar operations and personnel, ensuring top-quality beverages and service to customers. Maintain an inviting facility by coordinating inventory and staff schedules and ensuring the bar is clean. Focus on keeping the facility compliant with local regulations and licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

Assume legal responsibility for Bar Operations

Hire, train, manage, and develop staff

Ensure bar cleanliness, safety, and health rules

Keep beverages in good condition

Perform inventory controls

Handle customer complaints

Plan and present bar menu

Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Requirements

Bar management or beverage service operation experience

Complete working knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages

Knowledge of cost control procedures

Mixologist license and/or training

Understand human resources practices

Must be available for a five-day afternoon/evening shift, including weekends and holidays

Must be able to pass a background check and obtain a South Fulton City pouring license
