What You’ll Do
As our Bar Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of the beverage program and the leader of one of the most important guest experiences we offer. Your mission: create magic behind the bar, develop high-performing talent, and build a culture that raises the standard across the board.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead with Hospitality in every interaction—with guests, with your team, and with yourself.
Hire, train, and mentor an exceptional team of bartenders and bar support who reflect our values.
Design and manage a creative, profitable beverage program that inspires repeat visits and rave reviews.
Own inventory, cost control, and ordering with precision and strategy.
Maintain a bar that’s not just clean and safe—but alive, fun, and buzzing with good energy.
Set the tone for service and keep the vibe right during every shift.
Be the calm in the storm. De-escalate with grace and stand tall under pressure.
Stay ahead of the curve with trends, promotions, and unique experiences that wow our guests.
Be a pillar of accountability. Hold your team to high standards while lifting them up to reach them.
Foster a culture of Meritocracy—where effort and performance are seen, valued, and rewarded.
Schedule smart, resolve conflicts fast, and support the entire operation with focus and grit.
Use FusionPrep, Toast, and Restaurant365 to keep things humming behind the scenes
What We Expect
2+ years in bar or restaurant management (high volume preferred, $4M+ annual sales).
Deep knowledge of cocktails, seasonal ingredients, and beverage trends.
Experience leading a team with warmth, clarity, and accountability.
A talent for training and a love for developing others.
Unshakable poise in high-pressure environments.
Strong sense of ownership and pride in your work.
A flexible schedule and commitment to showing up when it matters.
Responsible Vendor Certification is a plus.
Experience with Toast, FusionPrep, and Restaurant365 is a bonus (but we’ll train the right leader)
Physical Stuff
Able to stand and move for 10+ hours.
Able to lift 50+ pounds (kegs, boxes, maybe the team mascot).
Fast-paced and high-energy with good stamina.
