As a Bar Prep, you will play an integral role in ensuring that our bar operations run smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare bar ingredients such as purees, simples, juices, garnishes, etc.
- Ensure that all prep equipment is clean, organized, and in proper working order.
- Maintain an inventory of bar prepped items and ingredients
- Uphold cleanliness and sanitization standards in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with bar staff and patrons to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving bar operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a bar or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- A team player who is proactive and willing to take on additional tasks as needed.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
