    Job Summary:

    We are looking for a dynamic, motivated, and multi-skilled Bar Supervisor & Front-of-House Coordinator to oversee bar operations while also supporting reception, cashier, and food runner duties. This hands-on role requires leadership, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage a variety of responsibilities. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the bar, greet guests, take orders, ensure timely delivery of food and drinks, and manage transactions with precision.

    Bar Supervisor Responsibilities:

    Bar Operations:

    Supervise the daily operations of the bar, including overseeing bartenders and ensuring high standards of service.

    Ensure that all bar supplies, including drinks, glasses, and garnishes, are stocked and organized.

    Maintain an orderly and clean bar area, ensuring all health and safety standards are met.

    Customer Service Excellence:

    Greet customers, take drink orders, and offer recommendations in a friendly and professional manner.

    Handle customer concerns or complaints quickly and efficiently to maintain a positive guest experience.

    Monitor guest behavior to ensure compliance with liquor laws and maintain a safe environment.

    Staff Supervision:

    Assist in training and coaching bar staff, ensuring they are following company protocols and delivering exceptional service.

    Reception Responsibilities:

    Guest Greeting & Orientation:

    Greet guests warmly as they arrive and provide a friendly introduction to how our arcade operates. Help guests understand the game play, redemption process, and where to find important locations such as the bar, restrooms, prize counter, and game kiosks.

    Phone Support:

    Answer the phone promptly and professionally to assist guests with questions about the arcade, menu, events, or service.

    Cashier Responsibilities:

    Transaction Processing:

    Process guest payments accurately.

    Provide guests with receipts.

    Point-of-Sale System Operation:

    Operate the POS system, ensuring all transactions are recorded properly and reports are accurate.

    Food Runner Responsibilities:

    Food Delivery:

    Ensure food orders are promptly and accurately delivered from the kitchen to guests’ tables.

    Double-check orders for accuracy before delivering, ensuring that the correct food and beverages are delivered to the correct guest.

    Guest Assistance:

    Assist guests with any requests during food delivery, such as additional condiments, or special needs.

    Ensure a smooth flow of service between the kitchen, bar, and dining area.

    Additional Responsibilities:

    Assist in the day-to-day operations of the front-of-house and bar areas, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently.

    Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bar, reception, and dining areas.

    Assist with restocking bar supplies and inventory management as needed.

    Uphold all company policies and procedures, including health and safety standards.

    Work collaboratively with the management team and front-of-house staff to ensure excellent guest experiences.

    Skills and Qualifications:

    Proven experience in bar supervision, hospitality, or a similar customer-facing role.

    Strong knowledge of bar operations.

    Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

    Ability to multi-task and handle a variety of responsibilities simultaneously.

    Basic POS system experience.

    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

    Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.

    Ability to remain calm and efficient during busy periods.

    Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

    Physical Demands:

    Ability to stand, walk, and move around for extended periods of time.

    Ability to lift and carry heavy trays of food and beverages (up to 30 lbs).

    Ability to bend, stoop, and reach as needed during food delivery or bar setup.

    Working Conditions:

    Work in a fast-paced, dynamic bar and dining environment.

    Occasional exposure to loud noise and high-energy surroundings during peak hours.

    The role requires interacting with guests and staff throughout the day.
