About the Role:

Bikanervala in Diamond Bar, CA is looking for a talented and energetic Bartender to join our team! This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your craft and personality to a vibrant, guest-focused environment where great drinks and great service go hand in hand.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and guest requests

Greet and engage guests at the bar, providing exceptional customer service throughout their experience

Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar station at all times

Monitor guest consumption and ensure responsible alcohol service in compliance with local regulations

Process drink orders accurately and efficiently, coordinating with floor staff as needed

Handle cash and POS transactions, including tabs, payments, and tips

Assist with inventory management, restocking, and ordering bar supplies

Requirements:

Previous bartending or bar service experience preferred but not required

Valid RBS (Responsible Beverage Service) certification or ability to obtain one

Must meet minimum age requirement to serve alcohol in California (21+)

Strong communication skills and an outgoing, guest-friendly personality

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Reliable, punctual, and a collaborative team player
