What You’ll Be Doing:
Elevating the bar experience with a cocktail program that excites and delights our guests.
Leading and coaching an energetic and knowledgeable bar team.
Managing inventory, ordering, and cost controls to maximize profitability.
Developing seasonal and specialty cocktails that highlight agave spirits and fresh ingredients.
Engaging guests with exceptional service, storytelling, and education about our beverage program.
Collaborating with the GM and Executive Chef to create food and drink pairings that enhance the guest experience.
Ensuring compliance with all liquor laws, safety standards, and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
What You Bring to the Table:
Minimum 3+ years of bartending experience in a high-volume, full-service environment.
Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with a passion for training and team development.
Deep knowledge of spirits, craft cocktails, beer, and wine—expertise in tequila and mezcal is a plus!
Ability to balance creativity with operational efficiency—you know how to run a smooth bar.
A guest-first mentality—hospitality is at the heart of everything you do.
TIPS & ServSafe Certification (or willingness to obtain).
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
