Job Description

Our office is rapidly growing and we are looking to train the right individual to fit right into our company. We are currently seeking to fulfill a part time to full time position. Our Customer Service Representative  will be responsible of providing exceptional customer service to our current clients and new prospects when they call in for assistance.

Insurance industry or customer service experience and knowledge is required as it would be a greater benefit relating to customers in the beginning for this position.

RESPONSIBILITIES Part Time to Full Time Position

• Assist with Existing Customer Service Request.
• Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
• Document each customer contact in eAgent.
• Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Take premium payments from customers.
• Assist will all and any customer service support
• Provide exceptional customer service. 
• Assist with on boarding of new business customers.
• Prospect and Cross Sell Insurance through existing book of business. 
• Quote, Underwrite, bind and issue Re-write Policys and New Business Policy's.

REQUIREMENTS  

• Allstate or Insurance office experience required. 
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
• Great Customer Service Skills.
• Dependable, Positive , Quick leaner
• Computer knowledgeable: Outlook, word, excel  
• Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations, and pay close attention to details
• MUST BE SELF EFFICIENT. 
• BE ABLE TO OBTAIN OR CURRENTLY POSSESS A PROPERTY & CASUALTY / PERSONAL LINES INSURANCE LICENSE. 
• Bilingual
