Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Barbecue Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will travel to customers’ homes and businesses, perform a variety of grill cleaning services, and diagnose and repair their existing appliances. The ideal candidate is friendly, reliable, and has the technical skills to get the job done. Customer satisfaction and work efficiency is a top priority.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and diagnose designated appliance problems

Estimate the costs of appliance repair, service, and installation

Repair designated appliances

Provide preventative maintenance and warranty services

Adhere to manufacturer recommendations

Educate customers on best practices to maintain their appliances

Maintain accurate and detailed records including before and after photos of work

Qualifications

High school diploma/GED

Associate degree or appliance repair certification preferred

Previous experience as an Appliance Repair Technician is preferred

Valid driver’s license

Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects up to 50lbs

Excellent customer service skills

Excellent time management skills
