About the Role:

Join Hammer and Nails - Grooming for Guys as a Barber, where you'll provide top-notch grooming services in a stylish and welcoming environment. We’re passionate about helping men look and feel their best, and we need skilled barbers who share our enthusiasm for exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality haircuts, shaves, and grooming services tailored to client preferences.

Consult with clients to understand their grooming needs and recommend styles that suit them.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Stay updated with the latest grooming trends and techniques to offer innovative services.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat visits.

Promote and sell grooming products and memberships to enhance the client experience.

Assist in training and mentoring junior barbers as needed.

Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive salon culture.

Requirements:

Valid barbering license in the state of Kansas.

Proven experience in a barbering or grooming environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively.

Passion for the grooming industry and a keen eye for detail.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality service.

Team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.

Knowledge of grooming products and techniques is a plus.
