MJ Barber & Beauty Academy is seeking a passionate and experienced Barber Instructor to join our growing team!

We are looking for someone who is motivated, professional, and dedicated to helping future barbers succeed in the industry.

Responsibilities:

Teach barbering theory and practical skills to students

Demonstrate cutting, styling, shaving, and grooming techniques

Guide students through hands-on training

Track student progress and provide support

Maintain a positive and professional learning environment

Ensure compliance with state board requirements

Assist in preparing students for licensing exams

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years active Barber License in State of CA (Required)

Strong knowledge of barbering techniques and trends

Previous teaching or mentoring experience (preferred)

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Passion for education and student success
