What You'll Do
Teach barbering theory and hands-on practical skills
Demonstrate haircutting, fading, shaving, beard design, and grooming techniques
Prepare students for California State Board examinations and career success
Motivate and mentor students as they develop confidence and professional skills
Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback
Create a positive, engaging, and professional learning environment
What We're Looking For
Current California Barber License
Instructor Experience preferred but not required.
Professional barbering experience
Strong communication and leadership skills
Passion for education and student success
Positive attitude and commitment to excellence
