We are seeking a talented, trend-conscious, and creative Barber to join our team. We treat hair as a craft and are looking for an artist who can effortlessly adapt to a wide range of clients—delivering everything from clean, timeless executive looks to bold, progressive street styles.

Key Responsibilities

Perform high-quality men’s haircuts, textured crops, taper fades, modern mullets, long-hair styling, and classic cuts.

Execute precision beard sculpting, line-ups, maintenance trims, and traditional hot-towel straight-razor shaves.

Conduct thorough client consultations based on face shape, lifestyle, personal aesthetic, and hair texture.

Recommend and educate clients on home care products to maximize client satisfaction and drive retail growth.

Stay up to date with modern grooming trends, street style, and evolving hair culture.

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming station while delivering superior client care.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience: Proven hands-on experience in a barbershop or salon environment.

Technical Skill: Proficiency in modern fading, razor work, beard maintenance, and scissor work.

License: Valid Washington, D.C. Barbering or Cosmetology license (or actively in the process of transferring).

Artistic Vision: Strong creative eye, attention to detail, and a portfolio showcasing your work.

Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with a broad, diverse client base.
