_HOURS: 9:00am-1:00pm; $14.00/hour _
Barber National Institute's Philadelphia region is now hiring for an Onboarding and Training Administrative Assistant!
This is a non-exempt, part-time position of administrative nature that supports the Human Resources and Training Departments. This role reports to the Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Manager and completes special projects as assigned. Applicants should have excellent communication skills (oral and written) and the ability to work on both a team and an individual basis. Flexibility is required to accommodate new hire orientation schedules.
The Onboarding and Training Administrative Assistant is responsible for preparing new employee packets and will work with the Talent Acquisition Specialist to verify that all new hires meet the requirements to attend orientation. The incumbent of this role will accurately reconcile and scan orientation packets, complete new hire physical and TB processing for the Philadelphia campus, print new employee badges for orientation classes, track in service sheets for time-sensitive trainings, and assist with copying, typing, faxing and mailings as requested.
