    POSITION SUMMARY: The Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Technical Developer will work closely with the Information Technology staff to design, develop and test company software systems. The ERP Technical Developer must understand the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) in order to interact with business teams across the organization to understand requirements, analyze technical problems in ERP configurations and assess risk. In addition, the ERP Technical Developer will write any necessary code for extending or enhancing the ERP platform's features, and/or to integrate with other applications used by the organization. This also includes identifying and solving any issues, maintenance or updates that may be necessary.

    KEY RESULTS AREAS:

    1. Work with application users to define and design robust user centric application solutions
    2. Develop modern, data-driven .NET web applications using Visual Studio, C#, and SQL Server using Microsoft platforms, frameworks, and tools, including SSIS, SSRS, and SSAS, and SharePoint.
    3. Lead phases of software development life cycle, from requirements gathering, analysis and design, development, testing, and implementation of solution.
    4. Follow the established software development life cycle, coding standards and naming conventions.
    5. Support applications using software development methodologies including structured programming, documentation, design and code review.
    6. Maintain systems by identifying and correcting software defects.
    7. Other duties as assigned.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    To qualify for this position, an individual must possess the knowledge, training, experience and abilities required.

    Education and Training

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

    Experience:

    • Five years of related network analysis and/or administration experience.
    • Full stack development experience, proven coding/development experience, and custom web-based data driven application development.
    • Proficient with SQL Server 2012 and above, Transact SQL, Microsoft platforms, frameworks and tools, C#, and .NET technology. 
    • Experience working with Epicor ERP (one or more facets/modules) is a plus

    Other:

    • Must be willing to work overtime as required
