    Location: Arvada, CO (15 minutes from Denver) Job Type: Full Time Employee Work Hours: M-F 7:30am - 4:30pm Education: Bachelor's Degree Experience: 5 years Pay Range: $85,000-$95,000/year Actively Hiring Eligible for Relocation POSITION SUMMARY: The Financial Analyst provides sound and reliable analysis and judgment for all financial aspects vital to the organization. Positional responsibility is driven by establishing/maintaining Finance-driven processes specific to the manufacturing environment, to include budgeting/planning, reporting, internal controls and ad hoc projects.  The position requires good working knowledge of manufacturing ERP accounting systems including cost accounting knowledge. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Support month and year end close activities.
    • Use Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) knowledge to research and make recommendations applicable to the situation.
    • Prepare financial statements, management and forecast reports.
    • Support internal management control environment and process improvement
    • Work independently with external service providers including financial and governmental agency auditors to support audits and required analysis.
    • Other duties are requires including backup for order entry process.

    QUALIFICATIONS: To qualify for this position, an individual must possess the knowledge, training, experience and abilities required.

    Education and Training

    • Bachelor's degree in Business/Accounting/Finance or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    Experience:

    • Five years of experience with budgeting, forecasting, accounting and/or financial reporting preferably in a complex manufacturing ERP environment using and advanced ERP system.
    • Knowledgeable in application of GAAP and able to research and apply to financial processes and reports.
    • Proficiency in presentation and communication to non-finance functional groups.
    • Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
    • Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills are a must. Ability to solve practical problems in a timely manner whilst dealing with a level of ambiguity.
    • Must be detail oriented with ability strategic outlook.
    • Advanced Excel skills including analysis and reporting.

    Other:

    • Must be willing to work overtime as required.
    • Travel on rare occasions.

    DESIRED JOB QUALIFICATION:

    • Experience working in Concur and Epicor software systems desirable.
    • Advanced degree and / or CPA, CMA desired.

    WORK AUTHORIZATION/SECURITY CLEARANCE Must be able to work in the U.S without sponsorship. No security clearance required.
