About the Role:

Hammer & Nails Brea is looking for a talented and passionate Barber to join our team in Brea, CA! This is your chance to be part of a premium grooming experience that's redefining what it means to look and feel your best. Responsibilities:

Work Hours Wednesday-Sunday 10:30am-7:00pm

Deliver high-quality haircuts, fades, and tapers tailored to each guest's style

Perform straight razor shaves, beard trims, and grooming services to premium standards

Build and maintain a loyal client base through exceptional customer service

Consult with guests to understand their grooming needs and preferences

Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized workstation in compliance with state regulations

Stay current with men's grooming trends, techniques, and styles

Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and elevated guest experience

Assist with shop chores during down time

Requirements:

Valid California Barber License required

Proven experience in barbering, men's grooming, or a related field

Proficiency in fades, clipper work, scissor cuts, and straight razor shaves

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Professional, punctual, and detail-oriented work ethic

Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends

Passion for the craft and commitment to delivering a premium client experience
