Duties:
Data entry into company systems
Reconciliation of expenses to invoices
Communication with employees via email, telephone text message
Administrative audits and reconciliations
Filing of employee records
Administrative updates to employee files
May assist with corporate mailings & voicemail responding
Other general administrative duties as assigned
Track, monitor, analyze, and propose solutions to administrative challenges
Analyze market and industry trends to identify, recommend, and implement administrative solutions
