Key Responsibilities

Prepare espresso, coffee, and specialty drinks to company standards

Serve beer, wine, and other alcoholic beverages in accordance with company policies and applicable laws

Deliver genuine, high-quality customer service—no scripts, just real hospitality

Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace

Work with urgency and focus during high-volume shifts

Support your team and contribute to a strong, positive work environment

Uphold product quality and brand standards at all times

Qualifications

Strong work ethic and reliability

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Positive attitude and team-first mindset

Attention to detail and commitment to quality

Previous barista or customer service experience preferred, but not required

Must meet all legal requirements to serve and handle alcoholic beverages in the State of Texas

Texas state law requires applicants to be 18 years or older due to serving alcohol

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
