About the Role:

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages with precision and care.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area to ensure a welcoming environment.

Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with members and addressing their needs.

Manage cash register operations, including processing transactions accurately.

Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.

Stay updated on menu items and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth café operations during peak hours.

Adhere to health and safety regulations while preparing food and beverages.

Requirements:

Previous barista or customer service experience preferred.

Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.

Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverage preparation.

Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions.

Passion for health and fitness is a plus!

Must be at least 18 years old.
