Compensation: $17.50-$18.50/hour
Reports To: Cafe Manager / Owner
Approximate shift times: 1st Shift: 7am-1pm. 2nd Shift: 12:30pm-7pm.

Our mission is to bring wellness, sustainability, and community to everyday coffee culture — featuring sprouted-grain foods, high-quality sustainable coffee, and wholesome alternatives to traditional café items.

Position Overview

We’re looking for warm, upbeat, and detail-oriented Baristas/Cashiers who take pride in quality, consistency, and customer connection. You’ll be the face of Daily Sprouts Café, crafting drinks, handling orders, and maintaining the welcoming energy our brand stands for.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and beverage menu items to standard

• Handle POS transactions accurately and efficiently

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of front-of-house and prep areas

• Restock supplies and assist with opening/closing tasks

• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures

• Engage guests in a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable way

• Support teammates to ensure smooth café operations

Qualifications

• Friendly, reliable, and team-oriented

• Strong communication and multitasking skills

• Passion for coffee, food, or wellness a plus

• Previous café or customer service experience preferred but not required

• Ability to work flexible shifts (early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays)
