Dialog Cafe in West Hollywood, CA is looking for one Barista to join our team. We are located on 8766 Holloway Dr.. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and hard-working.

Part Time & Full Time Available. Must be available for closing shifts

YOU MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING IN 3RD WAVE COFFEE.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare hot and cold drinks in accordance with Company Standards
• Execute Latte Art
• Prepare smoothies in accordance with Company Standards
• Maintain a clean and tidy work area
• Follow health and safety guidelines Interact with customers regularly and professionally

Qualifications:

• Proven working experience as a barista. Must have knowledge of third wave coffee
• Must be able to calibrate espresso
• Must be able to execute latte art
• High integrity with a great attendance record
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to listen and communicate effectively
• Must have a valid CA Food Handlers
