Located in the heart of Downtown Eau Claire inside The Lismore Hotel, a DoubleTree by Hilton, Eau Claire Downtown Coffee (ECDC) is a warm and welcoming comfortable place for locals and travelers alike. We’re searching for a Coffee Shop Barista who is passionate about people, service and coffee. Responsibilities: • Prepare and serve coffee beverages and food to recipe standards • Greet customers, take orders, and handle payments • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including equipment and dining areas • Restock supplies • Follow health, safety, and food-handling standards • Provide excellent customer service and resolve basic customer issues • Assist with opening or closing duties as needed Qualifications: • Previous barista or customer service experience preferred but not required • Strong communication and people skills • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented • Interest in coffee, latte art, or learning new skills
