Job description:

If you love connecting with people and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you. We’re looking for a motivated Barista with prior experience who’s ready to lead by example and deliver great coffee and customer experiences every day.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and refreshers

Take customer orders and offer thoughtful recommendations based on preferences

Operate, clean, and maintain espresso machines, coffee brewers, and other beverage equipment

Prepare food items such as sandwiches, pastries, and baked goods

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming work environment

Handle cash transactions accurately using a POS system

Provide friendly, attentive customer service by greeting guests and answering questions

Support shift flow and assist team members as needed

Basic Qualifications:

Experience providing quality beverages and food, including cash handling and store safety

Ability to engage with customers through clear, friendly communication

Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customized requests

Comfortable performing a variety of tasks throughout each shift

Follow all health and safety guidelines for food and beverage handling

Basic math skills

CA Food Handler’s Certificate (or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire)

Ability to taste coffee and espresso for quality control
