Dial in the coffee. Bring the personality. Make someone’s day.
At The Vintage Baton Rouge, a great cup of coffee starts with craftsmanship—and becomes something memorable through genuine hospitality. Our coffee program is built for people who care about what’s in the cup and who’s on the other side of the counter.
We’re part of OnePack Hospitality Group (OPHG), a local, independent hospitality group where individuality is welcome, teamwork matters, and your growth drives our success. We’re looking for an experienced barista with a curious palate, an eye for detail, and the energy to make every guest feel welcome.
Behind Every Great Cup Is a Great Barista.
You’ll dial in espresso, craft thoughtfully prepared drinks, texture milk with care, and keep quality consistent—even when the morning rush hits. You’ll help guests discover their next favorite coffee, keep your station clean and organized, and work alongside a team that takes pride in getting the details right.
You’re interested in coffee origins, roast profiles, and how small adjustments can make a big difference. You welcome feedback, enjoy sharing what you know, and understand that specialty coffee should feel approachable, never intimidating. Whether someone orders their usual latte or wants to talk tasting notes, you meet them with the same warmth.
Bring your skills, your curiosity, and your team-first attitude. Apply today and help us make great coffee—and great days—at The Vintage Baton Rouge. Bartender experience and cross-over experience are a plus!
