About the Role:

Join Erie Island Coffee as a Barista in beautiful Rocky River, OH! We are looking for passionate coffee enthusiasts who thrive in a fast-paced environment and love creating memorable experiences for our customers.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages and pastries.

Handle drive thru customer service with warmth and friendliness

Prepare simple and quick bagel and other sandwiches and salads

Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with regular customers.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop and workstations.

Handle cash register operations and process transactions accurately.

Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.

Stay updated on coffee trends and menu items to enhance customer experience.

Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.

Requirements:

Previous barista or customer service experience preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.

Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and beverage preparation.

Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Positive attitude and a passion for coffee and customer satisfaction.
