What You’ll Do:

Craft high-quality espresso and coffee drinks with care

Provide friendly, efficient service to parents, caregivers, and kids

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming café space

Help support daily café operations, including restocking and light cleaning

Occasionally assist with birthday parties, special events, or busy play sessions

What We’re Looking For:

Previous barista or café experience preferred (but not required — we’ll train the right person!)

Friendly and patient demeanor — you’re great with kids and parents alike

Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, community-focused environment

Available on weekends and flexible with scheduling

Responsibilities:

Welcome customers into the coffee shop with a smile

Take food and beverage orders

Explain the menu items to customers

Create a variety of espresso-based drinks, from basic to more complex

Enter orders into the POS system with accuracy and efficiency

Bus tables and wipe down surfaces

Maintain a clean work environment

Qualifications:

Familiarity with food safety guidelines

ServeSafe or Food Handler’s Certification or ability to obtain shortly after hiring

Excellent customer service skills

Strong problem-solving skills

Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment

Ability to stand for extended periods
