Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have experience in food service, restaurants, hospitality, retail, customer service, or a similar environment. We strongly prefer individuals who are friendly, confident, comfortable speaking with customers, and able to create a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
Responsibilities:
Provide friendly, professional, and attentive service to customers.
Maintain a positive and welcoming attitude at all times.
Complete all assigned duties accurately, efficiently, and on time.
Follow all company policies, procedures, and food-safety requirements.
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment throughout the entire shift.
Regularly clean workstations, equipment, counters, dining areas, and other assigned areas.
Keep personal appearance and hygiene at a professional standard.
Properly handle food and follow all applicable cleanliness and food-safety practices.
Arrive on time, prepared, and ready to work.
Work well with coworkers and communicate respectfully with both customers and management.
Take initiative instead of waiting to be told what needs to be done.
Report any customer concerns, safety issues, or operational problems to management promptly.
Perform additional reasonable duties as assigned.
