About the Role:

Bos Bagels And Coffee Inc in Huntington Beach, CA is looking for an energetic and passionate Barista/Front of House team member to join our crew! If you love crafting great coffee, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and being part of a lively café environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you. Come be part of something delicious!

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve espresso-based beverages, drip coffee, and specialty drinks to order

Greet and assist customers at the counter, ensuring a positive and friendly guest experience

Take and process customer orders accurately at the point of sale (POS)

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house, counter, and café seating areas

Assist with food prep and bagel assembly as needed

Restock supplies, pastries, and merchandise throughout the shift

Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times

Requirements:

Previous barista or café experience preferred but not required — we're happy to train the right person

Strong customer service skills with a friendly, outgoing personality

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively

Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player

Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing light lifting

Food handler's card or willingness to obtain one upon hire

Flexible availability including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
