JOB OVERVIEW 

The Belvedere, a Boston Back-Bay Luxury condominium is currently interviewing for a Part-Time Resident Service Agent/Kitchen associates. A qualified applicant must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays from 6:00 am to 1:30 pm setting up, servicing, and breaking down an expanded continental breakfast. No cooking required. Previous experience in a kitchen setting is helpful but not required.

The individual chosen for this rare opportunity will spend a large amount of time assisting and interacting with our residents. Individuals with a hospitality or restaurant background would find this position to be seamless.  Applicants must have a valid Massachusetts driver’s license and a clean driving record. An updated resume is required when applying for this position.

The hourly rate starts at $19.00 per hour and increases to $19.50 per hour after a successful 90-day review.

We are a Barkan Management property. Parking is available at no cost.

REQUIREMENTS: 

• Prior experience preferred in an upscale residence or hotel environment. 
• Excellent communication skills 
• A positive attitude with a desire to provide the highest level of service to residents and guests. 
• Willingness to work as part of a close team to achieve and exceed goals 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
