Responsibilities: What You’ll Be Doing: • Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems and lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions. • Install, maintain, and repair sanitation units, water and gas supply lines, heating systems, and associated fixtures and appliances in residential homes. • Design and inspect plumbing systems, perform diagnostics, and ensure compliance with regulatory codes. • Troubleshoot and solve problems quickly and efficiently. • Effectively communicate and provide superior services to residential customers. Qualifications: What Does It Take? • 3+ years residential plumbing experience in a customer-facing role. • Experience running residential-specific service calls with the proven ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve issues. • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. Additional technical or trade school education preferred. CA License preferred, but not required. • Superior communication skills with the ability to build rapport with a diverse population. • Self-motivated, accountable, and has high integrity. • Ability to work autonomously and with a team, must be Friendly & Fun! • Neat, Clean-Cut Appearance. • Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check and drug test. • Valid (CA) driver’s license with a clean driving record. Compensation: $85,000 - $200,000 yearly
