Are you ready to step into our second-in-command Integrator role to enable our Visionary/Owner and–the entire team–to achieve our 10-year target, 3-Year Picture, Annual Goals, and Quarterly Rocks along the way? If you do, you might be a perfect fit for the Barker & Sons Integrator position. Running our business on the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), the Integrator is the second-in-command counterpart to our Visionary and is responsible for faithfully executing our business plan, achieving or exceeding P&L objectives, and harmoniously leading, managing, and holding our team accountable for results. The Integrator will ensure our business has the right people in the right seats; effective processes being followed by all; metrics that drive accountability; solid issue-solving capability; and a meeting cadence designed to ensure we achieve our shared vision. The Integrator will take the lead in growing and optimizing the Visionary/Integrator relationship and integrating the tools and techniques needed for business success. Our Integrator will also fill the Finance & Support Lead seat overseeing all of our Warehouse, Accounting, Human Resources, and other business support functions. This role is accountable for ongoing analysis of key business drivers, trends, and performance indicators, integrating new and existing technology to elevate financial operations, and will oversee budget forecasting, cash flow management, monthly closeout, fiscal policies, and payroll. Responsibilities: • Harmoniously integrate the major functions of the business; accountable for team health and a strong Visionary/Integrator relationship • Execute the Vision/Traction Organizer (V/TO) business plan; lead, manage, and ensure accountability of the leadership team for results • Ensure effective company-wide communication and alignment of all team members with our Core Values • Oversee the creation, implementation, and adherence to core processes • Screen, select, and oversee employees and external vendors to attain business objectives and drive results • Recommend risk management strategies, fiscal controls, policies, and operational improvements to ensure the attainment of company V/TO objectives • Implement Nexstar Network best practices and ensure tools and processes are in place to track performance metrics, investment ROI, and overall team performance • Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Flow Management, Month-End Close, Payroll, HR, IT, and other business support function processes • Ensure the integration, functioning, and operational utility of all support tools including Ninety.io, Service Titan, Nexstar Network tools, QuickBooks Online, WizeHire, and others as required • Maintain overall accountability for the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) model & roll out of foundational tools Qualifications: Required: • Proven team leader and builder • Detail-focused, self-starter that gets things done • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Track record of small business finance and/or accounting management with an in-depth understanding of accounting processes • Ability to distill important numbers and convey a strategic view of performance • Technologically savvy, learns and implements new software and systems quickly • Adept at creating and improving processes and systems • Skilled in project planning and management • Able to work out of our Orange, CA office daily Preferred: • P&L management experience • Small Business Ownership and/or Leadership experience • 10 years of finance and/or accounting experience • Track record of increasing year-over-year profitability • Experience using the EOS and associated tools • Experience managing 3rd Party Vendors • Experience within a Home Services Company Desired: • Experience within a Nexstar Network Home Services Company • Home Services Finance/Accounting experience • Home Services Operations Management experience • Served as an Integrator for a company running on EOS • Experience scaling a small business 10X in revenue Compensation: $170,000 yearly DOE + Performance Bonus
