We are seeking Insurance Agents to join our team! You will be responsible for enrolling clients with our life insurance products. Most accounts will already be established and ready to enroll. We will be selling various types of insurance policies to new and existing clients. Bilingual a plus! Responsibilities: * Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients * Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients' needs * Resolve client inquiries and complaints * Expand business reach through networking techniques * Comply with insurance standards and regulations * Track and identify areas of improvement * Must carry a 215 license (Life and Health) Qualifications: * Previous experience in insurance, customer service, or other related fields * Ability to build rapport with clients * Strong negotiation skills * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to prioritize and multitask Agents should anticipate committing to between 15 and 30 hours of work per week to meet the reasonable window of compensation as an independent agent. Eligibility to participate in the bonus or commission plans is subject to the rules governing those programs, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and/or organizational performance.
