Barmetrix is a hospitality services and coaching business. Since 1999 we have coached over 5,000 bar/restaurant operations teams in the US, Canada, UK and Australia. Barmetrix provides expertise in solving some of the most common issues in hospitality businesses worldwide today. ABOUT THE ROLE

Barmetrix is looking for an eager new team member to join the Barmetrix team to help our Account Managers with the inventory process at some of the busiest and most popular food and beverage operations in Louisiana. We hire all of our assistants as potential candidates for account manager positions. Upon review, you will be provided this same opportunity. We’re looking for our next amazing team of assistants to invest in that are hungry to grow in their role and help others.

REQUIRED TRAITS OF ACCOUNT MANAGERS

1. Physically able to count and move inventory, accurately and quickly.
2. Ability to lift full ½ barrel kegs (170lbs) 4 feet high.
3. Must be able to meet your team at 6am within the Baton Rouge area, and have reliable transportation to move around the city, as well as to clients in Lafayette and Hammond.
4. Well‐groomed appearance.
5. Polite & professional verbal & written communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

COMPENSATION

1. Assistants start at $15 an hour with opportunities for quick pay increases.
2. Account Managers make a base salary of $40k with bonus potential of $60k+.
