The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background and a passion for helping people meet their insurance needs with innovative solutions. A successful candidate is able to communicate effectively and build rapport easily with customers, and will utilize their experience with insurance software, customer service and sales with us here. Our good agents can make $150-200K in commission their first year. No agent's success, earnings, or production results should be viewed as typical, average, or expected.
