Responsibilities: • Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property • Daily prospecting to acquire and convert leads • Negotiate contracts on the client's behalf • Attend and participate in Barnhill Team events and contests • Participate in Barnhill Team prospecting activities as outlined in the team agent contract • Perform comparative market analysis for potential sellers • Hold open houses as outlined in the team agent contract • Select and facilitate agent on duty shifts • Meet minimum production expectations • Create a 6 star experience for buyers and sellers Qualifications: A valid Real Estate License is required for this job Top-notch time management skills and highly organized Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) A successful and proven sales history is preferred Tech savvy Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth • We will ask all applicants to arrange reference check phone appointments for us with previous supervisors and managers that we choose Compensation: $100,000+ at plan commission
