Responsibilities: • Appearances for Hearings or Trial Via Zoom and In Person, if necessary • Representation: Counseling and representing clients through depositions, hearings, mediation, and trials • Hearing Preparation: Prepare Requests for Orders, Motions, Declarations, Memorandum of Points and Authorities, and other necessary pleadings • Perform Financial and Strategic Analysis: Prepare Dissomaster Calculations and Propertizer Reports • Prepare and Serve Discovery Requests including Form Interrogatories, Special Interrogatories, and Requests for the Production of Documents. Assist clients in responding to discovery requests as listed above • Trial Preparation from Case Inception: Keep Important Dates and Facts Organized, Align Exhibits to Prove Facts, Prepare Mandatory Settlement Conference Statement, Prepare Trial Brief, Preparation of opening/closing statements, and direct/cross-examination • Prepare Prenuptial Agreements and Postnuptial Agreements, Stipulations, and Stipulated Judgments Qualifications: • Active member in good standing with the California State Bar • 2 or more years family law litigation experience that includes extensive legal research and high-quality legal writing • Please submit a Cover letter, Resume, Writing Sample and Preferred Salary Compensation: $75,000 - $104,500
