    (Work From Home / Commute to Local Courthouses) Our law firm is seeking a work-from-home family law attorney with a minimum of two years of family law experience, preferably in Placer, Sacramento, Yolo, and El Dorado counties who can assist our clients in navigating the sensitive legal issues of family law, including child custody, child abuse, and domestic violence. Applicants should be equally familiar with prenuptial agreements, divorce, alimony, child support, and real estate, and be able to effectively engage in oral debate and negotiation even in highly stressful and emotional situations. Responsibilities: • Appearances for Hearings or Trial Via Zoom and In Person, if necessary • Representation: Counseling and representing clients through depositions, hearings, mediation, and trials • Hearing Preparation: Prepare Requests for Orders, Motions, Declarations, Memorandum of Points and Authorities, and other necessary pleadings • Perform Financial and Strategic Analysis: Prepare Dissomaster Calculations and Propertizer Reports • Prepare and Serve Discovery Requests including Form Interrogatories, Special Interrogatories, and Requests for the Production of Documents. Assist clients in responding to discovery requests as listed above • Trial Preparation from Case Inception: Keep Important Dates and Facts Organized, Align Exhibits to Prove Facts, Prepare Mandatory Settlement Conference Statement, Prepare Trial Brief, Preparation of opening/closing statements, and direct/cross-examination • Prepare Prenuptial Agreements and Postnuptial Agreements, Stipulations, and Stipulated Judgments Qualifications: • Active member in good standing with the California State Bar • 2 or more years family law litigation experience that includes extensive legal research and high-quality legal writing • Please submit a Cover letter, Resume, Writing Sample and Preferred Salary Compensation: $75,000 - $104,500
