BARONHR STAFFING is expanding at a rapid pace and we're currently seeking Recruiters/Staffing Coordinators professionals to join our team and partner in our growth.

As a Recruiter/Staffing Coordinator you will be responsible for identifying quality candidates and helping put people to work. We are hiring goal driven, team players who are self-motivated and driven to succeed.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees
• On-board and train new employees
• Implement company culture, values and policies
• Provide management with requested reports and documents
• Coordinate events focused on employee recognition
• Accurately maintain employee files
• Multitask in a fast pace office
• Processing applicants and on boarding
• Taking job orders from clients and placement of temporary workers on assignments

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a staffing agency
• Flexible work schedule starting at 5am
• Work weekends, holidays and overtime when needed
• Available to work off working hours
