BaronHR Staffing is interviewing CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES to start work next week with one of our Logistics clients located in West Oakland. The CSR coordinates and manages all functions in regards to customer service, daily workflow, communication, billing and documentation for assigned accounts. · A self-motivated individual

· Track record in the areas of performance and customer satisfaction

· Excellent communication, relationship building and networking skills

· Advanced computer skills must include Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook and some type of logistics software

· A team player with the ability to achieve results and work well in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and multiple tasks

· Research and resolve service issues and implement solutions

· Enforce the policies regarding proper signatures, dates, times and completion on all route/dispatch paperwork
