BARONHR IS A STAFFING FIRM, RECRUITING FOR CALL CENTER CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES. IN KNOXVILLE, TN (AS WELL AS SURROUNDING AREAS).
THIS JOB IS NOT REMOTE.
PAY RATE IS $13.50 - $16.50 PER HOUR BASED OFF EXPERIENCE AND JOB TITLE.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR WORKERS THAT CAN WORK FULL TIME AND OR PART TIME.
Possible temp to hire, (OT as needed)
A Call Center Representatives oversees answering customer calls, listening to their concerns, and solving problems. They handle both inbound and outbound phone conversations with clients to make sure everyone quickly gets the help they need.
Position Responsibilities
- Handling many inbound and outbound calls to and from customers in a timely and friendly manner.
- Listening to customers’ needs or and or concerns.
- Providing helpful solutions to their problems.
- Provide information on the company's products or serves and generate interest.
- Upsell products and serves, as needed.
- Process orders, forms, and applications.
- Route calls to other team members whenever needed.
- Make relevant notes from customer interactions
- Report on customer feedback
- Complete call logs and reports
- Manage & update customer databases
- Follow-up on customer calls
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Telephone skills.
- Friendly and pleasant manner.
- Data entry skills.
- Typing and word processing skills.
- Documentation Skills.
- Active listening skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Problem solving skills.
- One or two years of call center representative experience (Preferred)
- Us work authorization (Required)
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
- Background Check and or Drug Screening (Preferred)
