Job Description
We are currently in need of representatives for our clients call center in the city of La Habra
1st shift
4 days during the week and one weekend day
temporary position 4+ months
Hourly Rate: $19.00/hr.
Paid Weekly!
ESSENTIALS FUNCTIONS:
- Must answer phones promptly, efficiently, and in a courteous manner to ensure the customer feels their concerns are being heard
- Exhibiting active listening skills throughout the entire shift as detailed information must be collected from the customer
- Provide a “complete” customer service experience. This will entail helping the customer from the very first time they call in and follow through with a resolution for the best possible outcome for the customer and for Howard’s
- Work closely with the any company or person necessary to gather all facts related to any customer issues and resolutions
- Must follow company procedures when resolving customer issues.
- Must work as an effective team member when fellow co-workers need additional help
- By using a Point of Sales systems, the Customer Service Agent enters/processes sale order exchanges and modifies sales tickets, including but not limited to: o Change delivery dates o Change customer address and/or phone numbers o Change model numbers and sale prices o Add or remove product warranty o Add or change warehouse/driver instructions o Accept customer payments and balance daily deposit log
