COME AND JOIN OUR TEAM! WE ARE SEEKING RECRUITERS FOR OUR KISSIMMEE OFFICE. IF YOU ARE AN EXPERIENCED RECRUITER WE WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU!

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1+ years previous experience in staffing, prefer experience working for recruiting agency
• Spanish Bilingual preferred
• Interview between 10-20 people a day and/or make 40-65 calls a day
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and ATS
• Ability to build rapport with all employees
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-starter and motivated

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Screen, recruit and interview potential employees
• Assist in managing the time-card process
• Managing a fast-paced/High Volume recruiting portfolio
• On-board and discuss protocols of new temporary employees
• Daily use of Applicant Tracking System and written email communication
• Accurately maintain employee files
