BARONHR TECHNICAL TEAM IS RECRUITING FOR A HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR WITH A FOCUS IN RECRUITING FOR KEURIG DR PEPPER IN VT. ESSEX JUNCTION
PAY: 23.36$ an hour SHIFT SCHEDULE: Full-Time Monday -Friday
HR Coordinator will help managers and employees with general HR questions, and you will provide general administrative support to the HR team, including research and reporting needs and documents pertaining to employee relations investigation
JOB DESCRIPTION INCLUDES BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
Manage daily employee and labor relations and perform initial investigations of employee complaints and alleged policy violations, escalating where necessary
Prepare badges, passes, and identification cards, and perform other security-related duties.
Process, verify, and maintain personnel-related documentation, including staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, classifications, and employee leaves of absence.
Partner with HR Compliance Team to implement and monitor HR compliance with KDP policy, HR systems, and applicable federal/state law (including but not limited to 1-9s, personnel files, Worker’s Compensation, EEO, ADA, FMLA) and collective bargaining agreement
Record data for each employee, including such information as addresses, weekly earnings, absences, number of sales or production, supervisory reports on performance, and dates of and reasons for terminations.
Examine employee files to answer inquiries and provide information for personnel actions.
