    Job Description

     BaronHR Technical is recruiting for Bilingual Customer Service Representative- Remote to work in San Diego. Hourly Pay Rate: $ 15.00  The Customer Service Representative will provide WOW Customer Service to customers and their residents. CSR are responsible for the maintenance of utility accounts and by answering questions and responding to and resolving problems issues related to utility services and billings.   RESPONSIBILITIES Answer inbound customer calls and respond promptly to customer emails and tickets Handle and resolve customer complaints Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle service inquiries Perform customer verification and Record details of actions taken Set up and close customer accounts; process payments, forms, applications, and requests Organize workflow to meet customer time frames Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource Keep records of customer interactions and transactions Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints Maintain customer databases and follow up on customer interactions Communicate and coordinate with internal departments Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service Must be flexible with consistent change and continual process improvement Will be required to meet the departmental goals of timeliness and accuracy to maintain company standards. Prepare and distribute customer activity reports Emphasis on exceptional client and customer relationships. Required to meet the departmental goals of timeliness and accuracy to maintain company standards. Expected to create exceptional client and customer relationships. Maintain outstanding client relationships through timely and informative communication and follow-through.       QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE WORK REMOTELY 1-2 years of Customer Service Experience Required.  6-12 months’ experience as Customer Service I or equivalent experience.  Excellent written and oral presentation skills.  Strong computer skills, including MS Office.  Experience in training or teaching others onsite and or via web preferred.  Utility Billing work experience is a plus.  Strong problem solving and trouble-shooting skills.  Solid work ethic and high level of professional integrity.  Excellent customer services skills. Highly-organized and detail-oriented. Able to multi-task and work effectively under pressure in both team setting and individually. Able to work both individually and in a team environment. Bilingual – English – Spanish
