We are a busy, high volume restaurant, hiring team members looking to grow!

THE JOB // As a member of the team you provide our customers an exceptional, consistent experience by implementing Barracuda's standards of service, product quality, and cleanliness. Every member of our team works to create an environment where everyone is treated with respect and dignity.

Front-focused - must be available on weekends, including Sundays

Counter / Bar: You'll take orders, explain the menu, and control the pace of service. You'll also work to fill drink orders: our fresh margaritas (on tap!), delicious fruit beverages, and/or an ice cold Mexican Coke are essential to rounding out the ultimate taco experience.

Support: Support does it all! Depending how busy we are, you may be running food and packing to-go orders, running the dips station (chips + queso, guacamole, and salsa), and maintaining the yard (tidying tables, stocking napkins and bathrooms, etc.).

REQUIREMENTS //

Personable and enjoys working with customers and a diverse team

Personal interest and enthusiasm for food and proactive hospitality

Ability to stand for long periods of time (6 or more hours per shift)

Ability to lift heavy objects (25+ pounds) and work in various weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold
