    THE JOB // As a member of the team you provide our customers an exceptional, consistent experience by implementing Barracuda's standards of service, product quality, and cleanliness. Every member of our team works to create an environment where everyone is treated with respect and dignity. Barracuda Huntsville will be open seven days a week: Opening Hours are 9am--9pm; Operating Hours are 6am--11pm.

    Key Components:

    Training: The position is designed to offer training and development opportunities. We're committed to preparing you for leadership by honing your skills in day-to-day management of customer experience, team management, and collaboration & execution of high-level strategic initiatives.

    Learning All Stations: While you'll be trained on what the Shift Lead position looks like in your first 2-4 weeks, you'll be exposed to all aspects of our operations, from the kitchen to front-facing roles, ensuring a well-rounded understanding of our business. This learning process typically takes approximately 90-180 days, and depends entirely on the candidate's performance.

    Open Availability and Timeliness: Dedication and flexibility are crucial in this role. Your commitment to open availability will contribute to the success of our team and your personal development.

    Assessment and Progression: Your performance will be consistently assessed as you learn our operations. This ongoing evaluation ensures that you are well-prepared and ready for advancement to the next level before formally placing you on our leadership team. In the event that your performance does not meet the standard for leadership progression, please know that we still consider you a valuable candidate.     Food & Beverage

    Complete tasks efficiently and within expected timeframes

    Ensure proper storage and rotation of products

    REQUIREMENTS //

    Open Availability

    Personable and enjoys working with a diverse team and customers

    Detail-oriented and proactive with an ability to prioritize and deliver results on delegated responsibilities

    Excellent communication and organizational skills

    Able to maintain composure and personality in a high-pressure environment, while using good judgment and strong decision-making skills

    Ability to stand for long periods of time (6 or more hours per shift)

    Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold

    Personal interest and enthusiasm for food and hospitality a plus
