JOB DESCRIPTION:
Are you a people person that loves the thrill of closing a deal? Well, this job is for you!
At Barrett Buys Houses, we are looking for an Acquisitions Rep who engages with homeowners & makes offers to purchase homes at a great price. 15% of your leads will come from warm inbound calls, and the rest will come from your outbound calls, driving for distressed properties, and knocking on doors!
During phone calls, you'll turn on the charm to build rapport, establish trust, and connect with our homeowners.
You'll gather the necessary information and input the information into our easy-to-use software. This includes the property address, contact information, and any needed property data. You'll learn to write offers on houses, and present them to homeowners on a daily basis.
Determined, thick-skinned, charismatic, strong communicators are the best fit for this role.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Outgoing and approachable, be able to talk about anything
· Stay positive and persevere
· Must have your own car/reliable daily transportation to hunt for distressed properties, and present offers in person.
· Organization
· Must have a reliable computer/laptop device
· 3 years of sales experience (preferred but not required)
· 5 years of customer experience (preferred but not required)
