We are hiring a Consumer Direct Mortgage Loan Originator in Chandler, AZ! Barrett Financial Group is Arizona's fastest-growing mortgage broker. COMPENSATION

Salary + 40 BPS per file + 10 BPS bonus per file

REQUIREMENTS

• YOU MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE NMLS LICENSE TO BE CONSIDERED
• 1-year of Consumer Direct (call center) mortgage experience
• Maintain 1+ state mortgage licenses

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Make outbound phone calls to warm leads
• Receive inbound transfers from external CSR's
• Communicate professionally and clearly to clients when explaining the mortgage process
• Operate as the primary contact for the client throughout the mortgage process
• "Make it happen!"
