HR Manager opportunity!
NOT A REMOTE POSITION
-Company is seeking someone with demonstrated ability and experience handling HR functions independently
- -Well-versed in current and upcoming labor law policies/changes/implementation
- -Very detailed, highly articulate communicator with solid mediation-resolution skills
- -At least 2+yrs of HR department management experience
- -Handle all employees at the office and remote workers
- -Employee Relations confidence in regards to leave of absence management, handbook updates/compliance, mandated trainings performance appraisals, job description oversight, etc
- -Microsoft Office intermediate skills
- -PIHRA or SHRM membership preferred
- HR degree or Certificate highly desired
