Sales and Client Services Manager $75-$80K Experience required!

Seeking management candidate to start soon. Customer-driven office management experience with "client retention focus." Previous responsibility with supervision including goal setting, team meetings, sales tracking, and business development. Proactive approach to contract reviews and renewals, top-tier client service including visits to their office (in California region), new product and service introductions; and overall client satisfaction and improvement.
BACHELOR'S DEGREE IN BUSINESS, LEADERSHIP, MANAGEMENT, OR RELATED AREA OF EXPERTISE AND/OR 10+ YEARS MANAGEMENT RELATED EXPERIENCE IN SALES/OPERATIONS. UP TO $80K/YR DOE.
Mathematical aptitude, excellent written and verbal communication, comfortable creating and maintaining spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel and statistical data analysis. Work flow scheduling and tracking to ensure accurate and timely processing; review orders to coordinate delivery dates to meet customer requirements and deadlines. Operational duties including directing team to client-centric focus and service. Directly supervise small team of 2-6 employees. Participate in the interview/hiring and overall training of new and existing staff.
Periodic management team presentations with customer updates,status reports, team progress,etc.
